Ad Astra 1.0, held on April 19, 2024, marked SEDS Ruhuna’s inaugural half-night observation camp at the University of Ruhuna. The event introduced students to astronomy through hands-on telescope sessions, constellation mapping, and introductory talks on astrophysics. It laid the foundation for the larger Ad Astra 2.0 event.
